Returns and Warranty Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all products purchased either in-store or online from our website and forms part of your purchase terms and Conditions.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a Change of Mind return policy on most items, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may request a refund for online purchases provided all the following conditions are met:

– The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.

– You provide proof of purchase (e.g. invoice).

– The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

– The item is not listed as an Excluded Product below.

Excluded Products

Returns for change of mind are not accepted for:

– Gift cards or vouchers

– Clearance items

– Custom-made, personalised or monogrammed products

– Repaired or replacement items under warranty

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria. Any exchange or store credit will be offered at our sole discretion.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. We recommend using registered or insured post. Non-compliant returns may be rejected or sent back to you.

Promotions & Returns

When returning items purchased under a promotion, the following rules apply:

– Buy One, Get One Free: Both items must be returned.

– Gift with Purchase: Return both the purchased item and the gift.

– Discount Thresholds: If your return causes the order total to fall below a discount threshold, the refund will be adjusted.

– Multi-buy Offers: Partial returns will void the promotion and prices revert to standard pricing.

Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault, and repair or replacement for minor issues.

Return the product within a reasonable period if it is:

– Faulty, unsafe, or damaged

– Not as described or fit for purpose

Note: Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or wear and tear is not covered.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products include manufacturer warranties. These do not override your consumer rights. You may be asked to provide photos or details before a claim can be assessed.

Do not return any product before contacting our Customer Service team. You may be responsible for return costs if the product is found to not be faulty.

Please ensure the product is safely packaged for return.

Return Authorisation Number (RA)

You must obtain an RA number before posting any return. We will email you a PDF label to print and include with your parcel. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your RA.

Returns without an RA may not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

– Replacements will be shipped at our cost after your return is received (excluding change of mind).

Replacement items are covered under the same warranty, but are not eligible for change of mind returns.
