Payments Policy

Payment Methods and Processing 

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). 

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Zip Pay, and Afterpay. 

Payments are processed once you click the ‘Process Payment’ button. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed immediately, but order fulfillment begins on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding NSW and Victorian public holidays). A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation and serves as your proof of purchase once payment is received. 

For credit or debit card payments, your account will be charged when the order is placed. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected card. All cardholders are subject to standard verification and authorization by the card issuer. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by a payment refusal. 

Credit Card Security 

We take security seriously. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your information. 

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience. SSL encrypts your personal and payment information for secure transmission between your browser and our servers. 

Please Note 

– VIP rewards can only be redeemed for in-store purchases. 
– We do not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia. 
– Daily limits on debit and credit cards may delay order processing if exceeded. 
– Additional identification and verification may be required for security checks.
